The requirement to pay talents depends on the company’s status.
When posting an job opportunity, you must include job type and description, location, duration, requirements, and any allowance offered. The more information you provide, the better candidates can understand your job placement opportunity.
Here are the 5 main reasons why you may not find your free job placement ad on Open Talent Network:
- Employers will need to verify their email account as the first step to setting up an employer account. The verification email includes a time-sensitive verification code you must enter on the website to verify your account. If you did not receive the verification email, please check your spam or junk mail folder just in case it has gone there by mistake. Alternatively, you can click “Resend email’ on the verification page.
- Your job advertisement is still being checked. This process can take up to 1-2 business days. You can check the status of your advertisement at any time in the Employer profile by logging in as an employer. Every time you make changes to your advertisement, it needs to be rechecked, so for this reason, it might take you 4 hours to go live.
- Your advertisement has passed the 28-day time limit. All advertisements are active for 28 days from posting and then expire automatically. You can easily repost the advertisement on your Employer account if you cannot find a good candidate.
- Your advertisement has not passed our quality checking and will not be published. Typically, this is because the advertisement is for an job opportunity rather than for genuine paid employment or because the advertisement is from an agency collecting the details of prospective workers rather than advertising actual real jobs. Any advertisement that requires any payment from jobseekers is likely to be refused.
- The location associated with the job advertisement is different from your intended location. If you have multiple locations, you must register a business for each location and associate the job advertisement with the correct location. You can have many businesses registered with us, but one business cannot have many locations.
If you still have concerns about why your advertisement was not published, please contact us at contact@oasisuni.com.
You can easily reset your password if you already have an employer account. Please visit the password reset page and follow the prompts to reset your password. After submitting your email address, you will receive an email with further instructions on resetting your password.
Your advertisements are securely stored in the Open Talent Network platform, and only you can edit or delete them using your login details. We will never share your personal details with anyone nor appear in your job advertisement. Every account and job listing is verified before going live to ensure no one else can post jobs for your company.
Employers can publish job advertisements on our website to benefit from the free exposure to millions of talents. To post a job advertisement on our website, navigate to the “Create job ad” link at the top right-hand side and complete the form. Fill in the job details and provide your contact information to receive the applications. Once you have completed your job advertisement, it will undergo screening and may require 1-2 business days before being published. We screen the jobs to minimize the amount of spam and fraudulent job advertisements posted to our platform.
There are some criteria that job advertisements must meet:
- A clear work location
- A clear job title and description that accurately describes the nature of the work
- Clear working hours
- Identify the employer
- A genuine job placement rather than a franchise opportunity, training or certification scheme, business opportunity, marketing scheme, or self-employment arrangement
- Originality of the job advertisement and not copied from another source or redirect users to a third-party website
Log in to your employer account, click the “Edit” button next to your advertisement, make changes, and click “Save”. Every time you make changes to your advertisement, we will perform a re-check. For this reason, please take note that your changes may take up to 4 hours to go live.
If you have multiple locations, you must register a business for each location and associate the job advertisement with the correct location. You can have many businesses registered with us, but each business is limited to a single location. On the Open Talent Network platform, you can create multiple business entities and generate separate job advertisements for each.
If you have a substantial number of jobs to post and are interested in sponsoring them, kindly fill out the contact us form. We will connect you with our representative, who will be available to assist in the posting process.
Upon receiving applications from interested talents, you can review their profiles, resumes, and any additional documents they have provided. You can select the interns you believe will best fit your organization based on your evaluation.
Yes, absolutely! Our platform allows you to customize the talent selection criteria according to your preferences and requirements. You can set parameters such as educational institute and program, language, available date, and academic performance to tailor the search results to your requirements. This helps to ensure you receive applications from candidates who meet your organization’s needs.
Yes, absolutely! You have the flexibility to conduct interviews with potential candidates at your convenience.
Suppose the talent fails to attend the interview, several potential outcomes may arise. These can include the talent missing out on the chance to showcase their skills and qualifications, and not being considered for the position.
After shortlisting candidates, you can initiate conversations with potential talents by utilizing the contact information provided on their resumes.
Once you reach the end of the hiring process, you should promptly communicate the outcome to the applicant. You can do this verbally, if they accept the offer, follow up with a formal letter.
Yes, absolutely! We hope you will find suitable candidates for your job in the next 28 days. Each advertisement remains active for 28 days from the initial posting date and expires automatically. You do have the option to repost your job advertisement if:
- It was a live job advertisement, and it expired
- It was a live job advertisement that you (the employer) closed
If your advertisement was never live, you are unable to repost it.
We apologize for the problem, and we appreciate your feedback. To report any technical issues, do not hesitate to contact us at contact@oasisuni.com. Please provide the following:
- A brief description of the issue
- Screenshot if possible
Universities typically have dedicated departments and officers coordinating the job placement program. Universities may have mechanisms to monitor talents’ progress during their job placements. This can involve visitations, evaluations, or feedback sessions with the talents and the job supervisors.
If a talent fails to show up for a job without providing a valid reason or notifying the company, it can be considered a voluntary job termination by the talent. We encourage the company to communicate openly with the talent and educational institution to find alternative solutions.
If any issues or conflicts arise between employers and talents during the job, we encourage open communication to address and resolve them. We recommend that both parties engage in constructive dialogue to understand each other’s perspectives and find mutually beneficial solutions. In case of persistent issues or conflicts, employers are advised to contact the talent’s educational institution for assistance in facilitating a resolution.
